I know you said Citroen don't do the parts separately but the spring apparently has a part number (0000)8916GT @£14.50 + VAT and is it just a case of getting a garag I have had this problem about 15 times now in 3 different c4s . one coupe and one hatch and my vts now, was always scared to death at the start but theres an easy fix if your willing to try a bit of brute force . Sit in the seat and hold down the lever to ajust the seat forward and backwards. euwu.
